AVIF to ICO is a free online tool. Turn AVIF into an ICO icon for websites or apps.
After uploading the AVIF file, the tool converts it to ICO format. ICO files can contain multiple sizes (16x16, 32x32, 48x48, 64x64, etc.), and the tool will automatically generate thumbnails of this size from the original image and package them into the ICO file. You can manually check the required size.
After AVIF decoding, it is scaled to each target size through Canvas, and then encoded into BMP or PNG frames in ICO format. All of this is done locally in the browser and no files will be uploaded.
Mainly used for website favicon production. If your design material is in AVIF format, you can directly convert it to a browser-recognized favicon.ico file.
