Image Border is a free online tool. Add inner/outer borders or padding to an image.
After uploading the image, select a border style: solid border (optional color and thickness), gradient border, rounded border, Polaroid style (wider white space at the bottom), Polaroid effect, or a custom two-color border. Preview in real time after setting parameters, download pictures with borders after confirmation.
Borders are implemented through Canvas: first create a canvas larger than the original canvas, fill it with border color or gradient, and then draw the original canvas in the center area. Round corners are achieved through the clipping path. All of this is done locally in the browser and no files will be uploaded.
Great for adding decorative borders to photos posted on social media or creating Polaroid style photo effects. It is also used to add beautiful outlines to UI screenshots.
